The course was brilliant. Mike worked his full Mr Miyagi magic on me and somehow got me on stage with five minutes of stand-up. I genuinely never thought I'd. Mike was incredible at keeping his cool. He gave feedback with humour and seemed to know just what to say to get the best out of us. He was straight talking.

I did, many years ago. It's fun and it helps with your self-confidence. They will teach you the basics but you're not going to be.
