How to Memorise a 60-Minute Set Without Losing Your Mind

Different people remember differently. The key is finding your learning mode — and switching when you plateau.

Not everyone memorises the same way

Some people learn by listening. Some by reading. Some through visual cues. Some through movement.

The eight modes

Audio, Read, Cue, First Letters, Colour, Storyboard, Journey, Random Recall. Each one works from the same routine — nothing is duplicated.

Start with the one that feels natural

If you're an auditory learner, start with Audio mode. If you think in pictures, start with Storyboard. When you plateau, switch.
