Would you choose a course with a showcase over one with more teaching time?

I’m comparing course formats rather than specific providers and keep getting stuck on the showcase. A final gig sounds useful because there’s an actual deadline, but if the alternative used that time for another proper teaching/feedback session I’m not sure which I’d value more. If you were choosing as a newer comic, would a showcase materially affect your decision, or would you mostly compare tutor feedback, class size and how much time you actually get to work on material?
