Do you rehearse your set in different places or always the same way?

I’ve noticed I can remember a set perfectly if I’m pacing around my kitchen, then feel weirdly less certain if I practise sitting down or somewhere unfamiliar. Which makes me wonder if I’m partly memorising the routine around the words. Do people deliberately rehearse in different rooms, standing/sitting, with distractions etc so the material isn’t tied to one setup?
